Beware!!! I used to work for these scumbags until I found out that they are buying up old accounts and illegally posting them to peoples credit reports...Mass statute states it is legal to post for up to 7 years, and after the 7 year term is up must be removed entirely..... Also these arseclowns are offering " Settlements" in which you are given the option to pay less than the original amount....What they don't tell you, is that it wont be removed from your credit history and the remaining balance will still appear as "pending balance"... What they also don't want you to know is the amount they are actually paying for these fraudulent "accounts"!! Having an extensive IT and computer based background I was able to see the "account acquisition fee" .... I remember clear as day, trying to help this poor woman sort out this mess in which her kids used her info to obtain services.... Well these mookies racked up $2200 in bills.....CCA bought the account for a staggering $.38.... Yes $.38, it was almost on the verge of 7 yrs, but she needed a car or she was in jeopardy of loosing her house... So all in all , I explained to her how to "Dispute" these charges and have them "wiped clean"..... Well Thank you CCA for teaching me how to dispute these debts so well, that I literally have them "wiped clean" for all my friends and family.. Sincerely yours, your former top collector......

RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, SCUM BAGS! Received a call last week from rude female wanting soc. sec # (without identifying what company she was calling from or why), then said that debt would be reported to credit agencies, etc. etc. Called original debtor & tried to arrange to pay bill but was referred back to this agency. Called EOS & had to deal with 2 more very rude, harassing people to have them send a paper bill so we could see exactly how much was owing. Given the run-around, but was told that bill would be mailed today. We'll see what happens in a week. Stay tuned... Now a week later & still no mail...but did call original debtor & bill paid in full to them, not EOS!

I had an old cell phone bill & got a phone call call from this place. The guy that called me was actually really nice, easy to deal with, & very knowledgeable. He explained to me in detail why my bill was there & what I needed to do before it affected my credit. I hate to admit it, but Ive been in collections before and know what some of these places are like to deal with. If i ever fall behind on my bills again and get sent to collections, I hope it goes to EOS CCA.

The reviews below couldn't be more obvious shills if they wore eyepatches and red roses in their lapels (Coincidentally all these satisfied customers spoke on the 27th of July. We'll have to celebrate that date as the day the world fell in love with debt collection agencies). As to the idea that they'll work with you, I'll give you my example. Make 15K a year, pay $60 a month to one agency, $100 a month to another for debt consolidation, and recently they called me. They outlined an outstanding debt I owed to my former college, said it wasn't covered under my consolidation. I outlined my other financial obligations and said I couldn't afford much, maybe $50 a month. Here is the conversation that followed: "No, it has to be $300." "I can't afford $300." "So you are saying you aren't willing to pay your loan that you are obligated to repay." "No, I said I would pay $50 a month" "That isn't enough. It would have to be at least $300." "Not to get in a circular argument, but I can't afford that much; I only make 15K a year." "You took this loan out. It is your responsibility to repay it. No one forced you to take it out." "Understand that, but seeing that it got to you, it must be clear I am not flush with funds." "So you are refusing to pay money on a loan you are obligated to repay. (The second time I heard this. I'm guessing they have to get a recording of me saying that I refuse to pay in case they try to sue me for it later). "I can afford $50, that's all." "Not enough." And so on. I'm filing a cease and desist as they aren't willing to listen to reason. I'll also contact my former school and see if they are more amenable (avoid the dipstick Debt collectors). That's EOS working "with" you.

I had an outstanding Healthcare bill and received a call from this agency EOS-CCA. Much to my surprise they were not like other collection agency that I have dealt with in the past.....They were much more customer service oriented than I would have ever expected. The lady I spoke with was able to answer all my questions regarding the debt and worked with me to set up an reasonable arrangement to get the debt paid.
