I've taken out 2 boat loans in the past five years, both loans use Navigant Credit Union to fund the loan. I normally wouldn't rave about an experience with a loan broker and a credit union, but this combo is so incredibly pleasant and problem free, I feel I should share my experience. The other loan was through JJ Best who is also associated with Navigant. They are horrible, do not use them! We dealt with Shawn Rogan at Sterling. He was helpful, patient, explained everything and is just an all around good man. If you are financing a boat, do yourself a favor and use Sterling Associates.
