F H Cann & Associates Inc. in North Andover, MA

I made a call today and had two simple questions about my account. 1) I have automated payments and I don't see the payment did it go through? 2) Am I going to be late? Francisco Gonzales took the call and couldn't answer neither of the questions. He put me on hold to get a manager for 4 min and came back with no answer. He told me they don't process payments on the weekends and then he said it was processed on the 25th I looked on the calendar the 25th was a Saturday.... hmmm. I had to hang up... I can't believe the customer service I've received. As an office manager I still think in this day and age it's ok to say "I don't know, but let me find out how I can better assist you". Don't lie your way through the process it makes the whole company look bad.
