First Marblehead Corporation in Medford, MA

I received an unsolicited 'marketing' call from First Marblehead and they requested to speak to the home owner. Despite learning that the home owner had very recently passed away, the salesman redoubled his efforts to make his sale. When I became upset at his callousness, this individual resorted to taunts and sarcasm before hanging up the phone. I would never do business with First Marblehead and hope anyone reading this will take their business to a more ethical and humane company.
