Stay away! Chris Smith screwed up my mortgage. First off she doesn't explain her fees unless you ask .... so ask. I found a few hunderd that she added "by mistake". Secondly, I found months later that she miscalculated and my mortgage payment fell short by a few hundred dollars. She really is not going to work hard for you, I promise. No matter who you go with crunch the numbers yourself. Most brokers are like Smith, once they have you they're just thinking about the next person instead of paying attention to your mortgage.
