TD Bank in Holliston, MA

My Wife and I recently got married. I was depositing money into the ATM and they don't use envelopes anymore. It counts the money itself. So I did as directed by the machine. It made a few noises and then we go on error message. We then received an error receipt. But the funds did not reflect on the account. So we called the service number. The girl Nicole would keep stating. "If the money is in there" as if we were making it up. We thought that whole experience was bad until my wife got to the branch. Apparently they're under staffed and won't send someone out to the ATM of the own building. So then I called after speaking to my wife. The Assistant manager could care less that the machine had a major error, or that so close to the holidays our money was not accessible. She just stated we were lucky to even have someone out to look at the machine today. She laughed at the idea of expecting good customer service. Literally laughed when I asked for some reassurance. I stated I don't want to bank here anymore let alone make a deposit. She didn't care then said. I am going to deposit your funds after I deal with other customers. These funds should have been deposited as soon as they were taken out and confirmed. We should have gotten a phone call. But here I sit an hour after talking to the Assistant manager and my funds have still not have been deposited. TD bank is open 7 days a week, but you wouldn't know it on the weekend. The bank when you have a problem will not act quickly to resolve it and will even laugh at your frustration. We're contacting the BBB in regards to the incident and warning as many people as we can. Its a big bank and with Big anything comes not caring about its customers. They will even laugh at you when their unfriendly customer care policy isn't enough. Manager and their assistance are there to go above and beyond policy.
