Give all the information when someone comes to your bank. I came for a shared cu withdrawal. Was told I can't do that through drive thru. I waited 45 mins in the parking lot for the lobby to open then was told that my withdrawal was over the allowable amount. Why? You had all the info the first time. Instead I've wasted 45 mins of my day waiting to process the transaction now I need to waste another 60 mins driving to complete the transaction. It's downright inconsiderate and rude. The lack of customer service in this experience exceeds understandable levels. I'm beyond frustrated and realize now why most of my banking was moved from Workers to DCU 15 years ago. I may in fact pull my business account from Workers now due to this.
