Good people always willing to help. App is easy as fast to use. Deposit online clears in 20 min and less at times..

I work at a dealership and a lot of our loans go to DCU, but I find DCU to be some what racist, I had the same exact credit bureau as a lot of our customers from Inida, tell me how they get 1.74 when they are on visas but I was offered a rate of 5% as US citizen. Literally same credit profiles. Seems sketchy to me.

This is literally the worst bank I have EVER had to deal with. I opened my account and few months ago. Sense then, my pin doesn't work, i can not get into online banking and no one seems to be able to help me. When I call to speak to a representative with any type of problem or questions, they tell me to go into a brach..... when I go to the branch like they told me to, the teller tells me to call for a representative.. I've been there for a month and a half and they already lost me. Will be switching banks soon.

I belong to Bank of America for several years this is by far the best bank. I've ever been involved with. IF you cannot get online and you cannot remember your own pin that's your fault not the banks. IF your dealership loses loans to DCU. that's because the dealership you work for is ripping people off DC was given them a better rate. I don't see what it has to do with racism
