Digital Federal Credit Union in Framingham, MA

This is the location I use most of the time. I have never had a wait longer than 5 minutes. The tellers are knowledgable and friendly. Neve a problem.

I've been a member for many years. I've financed numerous cars and mortgages with the DCU. They've always been absolutely great to work with, both managers and tellers alike.

I'm a fan of credit unions but I cannot recommend DCU. Their customer service is very poor and their call center staff is extremely uneducated. I've been repeatedly told false information over my year as a member. My first mortgage broker was extremely incompetent and took weeks to get a pre-approval. Luckily I got a replacement who sped up my application and met my closing deadline. Cashing out an IRA CD requires three days. That's unheard of. Their mobile app regularly rejects my deposits so much so that I just stopped using it. It's time to go back to a local bank that focuses on customer service.

I've banked with DCU for years, and never had a bad experience. This branch is excellent, which means it's exactly what you should expect from DCU.

A perfect 5 star. They have a good parking. Their service at this location is super. Friendly staff. Cashier are pretty fast. They open on Saturdays. They have a very good phone services if you are member. Easy to get an appointment Overall a happy 20+ visits to this place.
