My husband and I recently purchased a new home with Jeff. However, this was not our first mortgage acquired with him. We had previously worked with him in moving from a one bedroom condo to a two bedroom condo which we bought through a short sale while also deciding to keep our one bedroom as a rental property in a last minute decision. Where the wait was so long through the short sale process and I was quickly approaching maternity leave, the circumstances of the sale changed mid-way through the process and again with our decision to hold on to our original property, but Jeff was able to maneuver everything so the sale was still successful. We could not thank him enough and never would have considered using another mortgage broker after that. Jeff understands the urgency of the real estate business, and because of this, seems to make himself available no matter what time of day or night. He is very informative and will take whatever time necessary to explain each and every scenario until you feel comfortable in your transaction. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff. Trust me, he is the man you want on your team when purchasing a home.
