Alden Credit Union in Chicopee, MA

I've been a customer with Alden Credit Union since 2013, great experience and great customer support. Their rates and products are competitive. Looking forward to doing more business with Alden Credit Union.

They are always fast ,friendly, and helpful. I didn't have to stand in line at all. And had my checks cashed and was ilon my way on under 10 mins.

I have had nothing but problems with this company since I was forced to do business with them a year ago. The staff at the Chicopee, MA Big Y location are extremely rude and they look like its punishment working there, which it probably is. I can not mail checks into Alden Credit Union any longer as they claim they don't get them, now I have to physically go to a location and make a payment since Alden Credit Union doesn't have an online payment option, even though its 2017 for the remaining 4 years of my loan with them. The staff does not return phone calls, or if they do, its because I've had to call and speak to several people before being transferred to a voicemail, I call back and insist on speaking to somebody actually in the office. The very first month I was doing business with Alden Credit Union, they cashed my loan check, and didn't apply it to my account. I wrote to them and called them, I did not receive an apology after I showed them evidence of a cashed check, and money that was not credited to my account. I will never recommend this business to anybody, if it was up to me, I would take out a personal loan and pay off the loan I have with Alden just to get them out of my life for good.
