Santander Bank in Canton, MA

I have gone to this location and it has been a mix of customer service. Some of the time the tellers are on their game. I'm in and out in no time. But man, when it is busy and all you can see is a manager seating in that little room doing absolutely nothing to help customers. Manager or not should be helping with customers. Paperwork for these probably high paid bums can come later! Other than that this place OK I guess

The entire team there is extremely helpful and courteous. They work quickly and accurately - always with a smile. Mike is new to this branch but is already remembering names of clients which adds that personal touch. Fadia is always able to work while holding a conversation with her clients. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and personable. They give me a great experience each time I'm in their branch.

Always such a pleasure coming into the branch! I stop in pretty often to do my banking at this branch because of how convenient it is. The ability to do all my grocery shopping and banking in one spot is so important to me as my life can be so hectic and fast paced (3 kids ahh!!). The Santander team is exceptional and are always attentive and helpful each time I visit. My experience here is always a positive one as the team is friendly and easy to approach. An employee named Michael was particularly great on one occasion as he helped me traverse the difficult decision of opening a savings account for my youngest child. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a convenient and stress-free banking experience. Also, as an aside, Lori on the express lane is a doll!

In an area with plenty of super market banks, this branch really does a good job of breaking away from the pack. Tellers are polite and professional- true hallmarks of outstanding service. This branch even worked with me to refinance my mortgage... I cannot tell you how important this was! I was working with the manager (Michael?) and he really took the stress away from such a critical decision and took the time to personally explain each step of the process. I will definitely be coming to this branch again once my children start looking into student loans. Bottom line: This branch is prompt, professional and inviting and management goes the extra mile. Only complaint is that they stopped stocking root beer flavored lollipops. Bummer.

I am the executor of my father & step mothers estate who passed away within a couple of months of each other. I brought in the court paperwork & death certificates to the branch and was told it takes 7 days to process. Seriously? I was angry & a little rude but the way the assistant manager handled the situation was awful. Here I am handing her 2 death certificates and this woman actually stopped and stared me down in the middle of the conversation. She's an assistant manager did she really think I wasn't going to be angry? I was told I could bring the paperwork in & get a cashiers check, no one said anything about a 7 day hold. At the end of the conversation she sarcastically said "have a great day", I said I would be calling the branch manager and she said "good, I can't wait to report you". Report me to who "the boogie man"? Her conduct was extremely unprofessional.
