HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Happy homeowner here feel lucky to have had Jieyi and Debbie at MBA mortgage for our first house purchasing experience. Taking a mortgage is not easy. I am so glad that they were here with us during the entire process making everything well prepared and much less stressful. They are very efficient and effective. We have millions of questions. Jieyi is the professional “Mortgage Loan Sister” that answered every single question we asked in details. Easy to speak with and straight forward. I wish I could give this 10 stars!!

I gave my tax information to a friend. I called to follow up and was told he was out for the day and someone else would help me. I came to find out my friend had moved on to another organization a month before I called. I was lied to. On top of that the person I talked to was a call center rep and not a "Loan Writer" and was unable to give me a loan. They did not listen and wasted both of our times. I called the bank the call center rep said was getting me my loan from and they were abel to help me in two hours. I was lied to and my patronage was not appreciated. I was quite frankly neglected. Finally I have been getting more and more calls about free security systems and home health buttons. I hope my number and information was not given out. I had a bad time and would not recommend.
