Run - there is not enough room on the internet to tell all the ways this bank is incompetent. They screwed up my mortgage, checking account, and bill pay - all over the period of a year. Finally remortgaged with another company and about to close my checking and savings accounts. Hours on the phone, writing letters, email...to gain nothing but more agrgavation and no resolution.

One of the most incompetent banks I've ever dealt with. Ever! Oh your ATM card was stolen? Ok, we'll get you a new one in 7-10 business days. Until then, you're screwed. No, we can't expedite it. Oh you moved? And you've notified us of your move and updated your profile on our website? Too bad. We're still going to decline all your transactions weeks later because even though you have an email confirmation from us proving your profile was updated and even though you see your updated address on our website, we still don't believe that you actually moved. Oh you want to talk to a manager? One will get back to you.....in a few days.....maybe. Do Not Bank with these idiots.

You cant get back any of the money you put in the account in the first 30 days. You can but at 500 a day. Customer service reps are retards, had to threaten to withdraw all money at that moment for them to take me seriously. Their open for business hours are worse then the DMV's. I will be cancelling this account ASAP. This bank sucks run away, run away quickly

Will always give the benefit of the doubt in any situation but have been really disappointed with this bank. At first, I was really excited. They didn't have long wait times, almost always talked with someone I've already spoken with, no ATM fees, etc.. However, things spiraled downward quickly. I switched to them when my card was stolen with another account in January. First of all, it took three months to get a card in with repeated calls about the issue. Couldn't expedite, would flag each one of my transfers to an account nearby. Overall it was just a huge hassle for a service that should be pretty seamless. The bank is overall incompetent and have lack of concern for their customers.
