Have been banking her for two years and have had a generally good experience. Pros: 1) I have never been charged a surprise fee for anything by this bank. 2) Better interest than national banks. 3) tellers and managers are friendly and helpful. 4) They can competently handle fairly complex financial services (example: they cashed a large overseas check for me without any problems and for only a nominal fee). Cons: 1) the bank and its call center are open fairly narrow hours - like maybe only during hours you are required to be at work yourself. 2) Online banking is a bit annoying (security is way more aggressive than at big banks to an extent that it sometimes prevents you logging in to your on account).
