Very helpful and patient. My first time at a pawnshop and I had a lot of camera equipment that is very important to me. They took a lot of time to catalogue everything and make sure I was happy. When I went back for the equipment they were happy that I wanted to check everything over carefully. Very positive experience.

I have been coming here for 16 years,mostly for short term loans on excess jewelry. The staff has always given me fair market value on my items.I have also bought many items from them from time to time.The price i have paid for the jewelry has always been in line with current gold markets.Recently I purchased a gold cross for Christmas,when i brought it home and noticed that the figure was slightly loose.When I brought it back it was fixed within 2 days at no charge.Empire loan is not just a pawn shop ,it is a trustworthy,friendly ,knowledgeable establishment.I am proud to have them as an asset. Thanks Again

Awkward situation didn't feel comfortable .

Absolutely awful. Called to see if they took what I was selling a pair of good headphones not beats but comparable. Was told to "hurry" in as they are closing at 6 and it was 5:15. Came in and asked a fair price for the headphones the woman hemmed and hawed in her disgusting smoker voice while she found the cheapest pair the Internet could provide. She then asked the other guy and he said they wouldn't take them. So, when I called on the phone a direct no we aren't taking those would have been just fine. But instead I wasted my time driving into this horrible store with hopes of getting a little cash. I will never ever bother with them again.

Kept me on hold for over 20 minutes, then when finally answered said she'd be right with me, waited another 15-20 minutes until finally the woman came back on the line, I was trying to inquire about items and if they would be interested, while only speaking a few seconds, before even introducing valuable items I'm sure they would've wanted, their female employee working hung up on me. Bad business at this shop. Maybe they should teach employees how to talk over the phone, of fire the one that just lost them ALOT of money.
