it is the worst branch. its dirty takes forever they have 2 tellers but one is always printing or computing. it is only one teller at all times they close early some days with no notice and they have issues remembering there customers. when ever there is an issue you are put on hold for an hour to then be told they will be calling you back and in which case they have yet to do so (and yes this has happened to me more then once not just today) they seem to be happy to take our money and never happy to provide and of the services that one would be visiting a bank for

This could possibly be the worst bank branch in mass. Every time I go in there is 1 teller open with another standing around talking to themselves to make it seem like they are working, it is at least a 15 minute wait to make a deposit that takes 10 seconds. Both tellers has a horrible attitude and think it is ok to roll their eyes and sigh when you ask them a question. Pretty much all of the employees have an attitude like they are higher and better than you. Can't wait to withdraw all cash from my accounts and let these assholes know why I'm leaving that pathetic excuse for a bank.
