Horrible. They completely screwed over my best friend who commutes 40 miles every day to work and has to go to Boston with her son who needs constant surgeries. The car blew a seal while she was up there with her two young boys and the guy at the dealer wouldn't do a damn thing until she threatened fraud! That shouldn't have to happen! Not only that but when she initially got the car they took FOREVER to fix something having to do with the brakes, so she ended up still having no car for about 3 weeks AFTER her deposit! Avoid them at all costs
