Ever since they put the new ATM machines in, they are constantly down and "unavailable". I can count numerous times that I've needed to deposit checks, or cash only to find out that there is a grey screen and a red "x" with a message that says "unavailable". This can occur for days at a time. Mind you that I go by the ATM on my way to work (around 5 am). Maybe they're performing system maintenance at that time? That being said, I never had an issue with the older ATM machines being down for days at a time (likes these new ones). The drive up ATM is no better, same "unavailable" message displays. I'm thinking about changing banks, rather than deal with this hassle.
