Auto Use in Andover, MA

I purchase a car and gap insurance in January 2015. On February 2016 my car was totalled in an accident that was not my fault. My insurance paid the book value of my car but I still had a balance which the gap should have cover but instead I was told that the gap does not cover deductible so I would have a small balance. Which I don't quite understand because as long as I have been buying cars gap is suppose to cover the remaining balance. My payment history was excellent with this company but for some reason it was reported to my credit report that I owe this company 3,000 + dollars and the are also reporting this as a charge off on my credit. I have no idea what stunt they are trying to pull but I am calling the BBB,a laywer, and the news media because something is very shaky about this company and I will get to the bottom of this.

Can't say enough good things about them-They have ALWAYS been more then understanding and have worked with me with payment arrangements when needed and when I lost my job temporarily they were understanding and worked with me when most companies wouldn't. Forever grateful for that. Not to mention everyone I've spoken with has always been more than helpful and courteous. Couldn't recommend them anymore. People are complaining about the high interest rates but more than likley have horrible credit causing the rates to be so high and probably couldn't get financed else where like I couldn't-The price you pay for having bad credit but needing a vehicle.

The interest is high only because my score was not very good, not anything to do with them. They are the only ones to give a second chance. I have called before and had to set up pay arrangements a couple times with no issues, I have missed a payment do to replacing my CC and they just contacted me nicely asking when I can pay... I am on maternity leave and they have been super helpful! Gave me reduced payments and one week off while I am on my leave. In a country that has such poor maternity laws, this was extraordinarily helpful while I am out of work. I'm very happy with AutoUse.

This was the best car buying experience of my life. I got the exact car I wanted, no punches pulled, I was helped immediately and the finance manager really helped me out. I would never go anywhere else and Jose Reyes is completely honest, trustworthy, helpful and just a genuinely nice person. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone, especially dealing with Jose!
