Poor service, and no compassion for its members. After the storm our roof began to leak. So we followed the protocol and called the insurance company and processed a claim. We received a check for the damages and were given a run around. For the last couple of weeks it has been raining everyday. We found a company to do the work soon as possible, to avoid any further damages. The credit union told us that we had to pay for the roof damages which came up to about $10,000. I was like, are they out of their mind. The deductible was already paid, so why wont they accept the check so we can have the repair made. They finally took the check and disbursed some of the money to get the supplies. And the roof is almost finished and all they want is pictures. They are worried about the money that was given by the insurance more than a loyal member. I usually do not leave reviews, but this disturbed me so badly. Not everyone is trying to run a scheme.
