I would give them zero stars if i could. The rep i talked to was civil, maybe even nice, but the man that verified my payment talked down to me like i was an idiot and honestly it pissed me off. People like that dont deserve jobs interacting with other human beings. Learn some manners!

As a former employee (my employment only lasted 3 weeks before I walked out) this is a deplorable company. They lure sooooo many people in with a great hourly rate and then proceed to treat you like you are the child they never wanted. They talk to you like you are an idiot and reprimand and degrade you in front of the whole floor. They make it abundantly clear when they are firing people by taking them one by one into the conference room and yelling for a manager to come clear out their desk while they are gone. They tried to write me up TWICE in three weeks and both of the write ups were lies. COMPLETE LIES. If that isn't enough you can look forward to a weekly meeting for the entire floor where you think you are going to go over numbers talk and what is going well and what we need to work more diligently on... but that is not correct. You are going to listen to a half an hour b**** fest about how people are slobs and for people to stop gossiping and if you don't like it here then there is the door. They are ridiculous about dress code... you can wear jeans and a flannel, but you cant wear a long sleeve dress sweater with a hood on it. You're ankles can not be showing- that one was the best. If you are wearing work pants and they don't cover your ankles... you must go home and change. Oh... don't think about putting any highlights or low lights in your hair either. They will tell you to go home until you can change the color back to a basic brown or black. Witnessed this with my own eyes. The girl left and went to the Halloween store and bought a wig so she wouldn't miss a whole days work. Gross... just gross working conditions....

M'F'rs want to call my place of business? You've gotta be kidding me. This is the first time in my life someone has called my company to try and harass me. I guess they're gonna have to learn the hard way.

Currently working with a wonderful representative named Bradley who is taking the time to actually explain everything to both me and my Grandmother. So far he's being really patient with her and helping me too.
