Person who answered the phone when i returned the miss call refused to tell me who it was. I asked him how he got my private number, he said who do u want to speak to. When i asked who I'n the hell it was the man began to yell at me using profanity. I was shocked to learn this was a place of business. Will be reporting them to bbb

I recently called in to inquire about a bill I received in the mail from this company. When I was told that I would need a student id from over 10 years ago I began to laugh trying to keep the situation light. The representative from the company lost her cool and began yelling at me for laughing. Apparently I had failed to hear her say she was going to give me the student id. I agree it was my mistake but when I tried to explain that I did not hear that part she would not listen. She told me that I could figure everything out on my own, that she was not going to help, and hung up. I then called back to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor (who claimed he was the owner) wouldn't even give me a chance to speak before he began yelling. I would advise anyone to stay away from this completely unprofessional company.

I called concerning an unexpected bill. Unexpected because I thought it was taken care of after a conversation over a month ago with an employee named Tim Smith of this collection agency. He was supposed to contact me if he had any problems with my insurance but I received no calls nor voicemail from him. So I was indeed initially upset when I received a bill that stated that I was ignoring their request for payment. I talked to Tim again when I called this second time and relayed that this was upsetting. He explained the letter wasn't personal and that he did call twice and left voicemails. He did this in a sacastic and rude way. He even fussed at me for accidentally interrupting him. I never got a chance to apologize for that because for the rest of the conversation he was irrate and patronising with no provocation from me. I asked him why he was acting so angry. He said he wasn't. I said you are acting very aggressive towards me, it isn't warranted, and isn't professional. He said it was just his personality, asked how I liked this and hung up. The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because when I called again to speak with a manager the person I spoke to was kind and considerate and promised to have a talk with Tim. I hope so. A person with no regard for others probably shouldn't be working with others.
