This is a horrible company all liars they repoed my car for 80$ and wanted me to pay almost 600$ to get it back and what s bad about it i never missed a payment before i did a partial payment one month and my husband worked for the sells company so they claimed they could take it out his check i shouldnt have trusted that and what makes it worst i had made a payment after that partial one they lied to me telling me that they called all of my references and they were calling me my phone never rang and i have no voicemails i asked her why didnt she call my job she said she didnt want to get me in trouble at work BUT they showed up at my job to repoe the car though! Do not finance with this company!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT agree to financing with this company. My car was repossessed today because these people claimed I didn't pay $100 on my note. If you use this company you know that there is no way to get away with a partial payment. I called them when the repo man showed up at my home, naturally unexpected , as I had just made the payment. The woman on the phone actually hung up on me to call the driver to twll him to take the vehicle. And after I called back I was again hung up on. I was told that the entire staff stood there watching while she counted my money. She didn't like that I ask her if she really expected me to believe that. My husband called back and she spoke with him and was rude with him as well. After they left with my ONLY vehicle we were told to come in and pay over 600$ to get my car back. This isn't the first time they have done this. The other time was due to insurance. I had it and I paid it but it didn't post right away and they repossessed saying I didn't have insurance but the day they came got it the payment posted and again I had to pay a 250$ repo fee...They are absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

This is a lie filled group of extortionist whose intent is strictly malicious. After two years of same insurance coverage,they attempted to force us to get a policy naming them the only ones who received money in the event of a crash. Luckily for me,this is a completely unlawful request and their bout to reap what they sew. Calling all with similar complaints to step forward. The words class action are bout to burn their butts

I would not recommend this company. They make it relatively easy to get into a vehicle, with a substantial down payment. However, that is the only thing that is easy when dealing with this company. I have never had such horrible service. The contract that they have you sign in order to purchase a vehicle is predatory. The terms and interest and conditions are outrageous. The whole process is so misleading. When you sign the paperwork, they tell you that you are purchasing the vehicle. They tell you that they have to word it as a lease-to-own. They payments are due every other Saturday. If there are three Saturdays in a month then you pay three car payments that month. If you pay your payment late they add a late fee. When you call to make your payment they don't tell you that a late fee has been applied to your account. They accept your payment and then don't post it to your account. They send you a letter saying that they have not received a payment. When you call to inquire about the letter they tell you that there was a late fee and they couldn't apply the payment to your account. They have given me so much headache over this vehicle. They have sent someone to repossess my car before. When I called to find out why they told me that multiple payments were due. I'd been keeping up with my payments and keeping track in my payment book. I'd made a payment a week prior. When I spoke to them over the phone they said I had to pay two payments or they would pick my car up. I got off the phone with them and gathered all of my receipts and money orders and they didn't care. They told me I'd already agreed to pay the two payments on my previous call to them. I ended up paying two more car payments, even though I was up-to-date with my payments. I paid so that they would not repossess my vehicle. The staff is so unprofessional, unethical and impolite. When you call to find out information they hang up on you when you ask them to explain things to you about your account. I will NOT do business with this company again. I warn prospective buyers to not do business with A & D Financial Services. They get two thumbs down. Their Better Business Bureau grade should be an “F” based on policies and service provided to customers.
