DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIP OFF PEOPLE!!!!!! If I could give them no stars that would be accurate. Got a boat loan from them, paid every month via automatic draft. Due to a tiny lapse of a week in insurance coverage, they charged us a huge late fee and forced insurance coverage. We rectified the insurance with proof but they still keep the late fee and tagged it onto our boat loan. We tried 6 times to call and ask why there's a fee, no one could answer us. They kept saying everything is fine. Now that we've paid off the loan they won't release our title saying we owe $600.00 in late fees. That's 2 extra boat payments!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!

Co-op bankers beware, they screw up your account more often than not! Our daughter is going to miss the parade now because we've been stuck here over 30 minutes trying to deposit a check and it seems like they don't even know how to fix it! An absolute joke. ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is the older blonde lady that never messes it up for us.
