Banked with Iberia bank for 3 years so disappointed with the service. They just sent me a card with a chip after fraudulent activity was discovered on my account. Fast forward 3 months later, they now have ATM depositing Service. Put 5 ones with an x amount of dollars to the account the machine is faulty. 3 of the bills didn't get processed, but it wasn't returned back. So I called the bank to let them know what happend, and now I have to make a dispute during business hours. Which in turn I will be leaving work early to do. The Rep never apologized for the inconvenience caused, and appeared to have a attitude. Very out dated banking and semi friendly staff members. Speak today, won't speak tomorrow. Customer support, service, and loyalty starts with positive attitudes and relationship building.

I use this branch as a quick go to, as it's nearest my place of employment. Normally, there's no wait, IU n doors or at the drive up; this makes me happy as I'm able to run in, if necessary & run out. Friendly bank employees are always willing to be of assistance. The friendly security guard is also pleasant & alert. Ample parking.
