THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO FINANCE A CAR WITH JUST DONT DO IT THEY ARE HORRIBLE. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN IN THE NEGATIVE OVER 200 DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY WOULD GO IMTO MY ACCOUNT AND WITHDRAW MONEY WHEN THEY SHOULDNT NOT HAVE. THE AGENTS ARE EXTREMLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL , WHEN YOU ARE TALKING THEY TALK OVER YOU AND GET UPSET WHEN YOU TELL THEM NOT TO. JUST DONT DO IT IT AT ALL JUST SAY NO JUST SAY NO AT ALL DAMN IT JUST SAY NO

I financed a car with Crescent Bank & Trust. I will advice you not to use this company to finance your next vehicle. This is a rip off company. They tell you one thing and they do another. There is nothing trust worthy about this company. I always pay extra on my account only for them to tell me late fees take most of my money when I know I'm not behind so they will tell me I been behind since 2013 when it's march of 2014. My car payment is $399.00 but I pay $450.00 a month. so how can I be behind. And every time you speak to some one they have to ask you 101 questions only to transfer you to someone else for them to ask you the same damn questions. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!!!!!!! The company don't report the right information to the credit bureau. They report you late even though you pay on time, and the also give the wrong balance to your account.

They gave us a loan when no one else would. Yes it was higher interest but if you have to use them it normally means you have horrible credit and do not have the right to complain. Every time i speak with them on the phone they are polite and well mannered. I am sure they can get rude if you don't pay your note or neglect your account. But we have had our loan for 5 years. Always made our payments on time and have NO issues with the bank at all. My car loan is now paid off and If needed I would be happy to do business with them again.

They are the worst bank in the world.. Trying to look for another bank to take over on my current loan. They are very RUDE and uneducated people. They will call ask to verify your work once they approve the loan "just to verify" but they call them non stop if you cant be reached. I asked to remove the number and had trouble doing so. Overall this Company SUCKS and if you purchase a car and they offer you the loan find another bank BEWARE you have been told.
