Crescent City Credit Recovery in Metairie, LA

This company reports a negative entry to my credit report saying that I opened the account listed on my report on 6/1/2013. I have been out of the state of Louisiana since 2/15/2013 so how could I have opened an account and since I was jobless and homeless during that time no company would give me a loan even if I begged for it, which i did not do!

This company does not send statements. Just a letter every three months or so letting you know your account is past due and a phone call in between letting you know they have not received payment. I explained several times, I do not send payment without a statement. I received my phone call today letting me know they had not received payment, again explained no statement no payment. I’ll send payment once I received my three month notice about my past due account. Today I was told they would not be sending those either. Guess I’ll be sent to another collection agency? Maybe the new one will send statements and I can be done with this bill.
