While I have not used THIS officer, STAY AWAY from Advance America! I had taken a loan out for rent, with the understanding I could pay back gradually. After a few checks, I was told I had to pay the remainder off in full, that I could not keep making regular payments! If I had the money TO pay, I'd not have needed to borrow it. What's worse, they tried to ship it to a collections agency past the statute of limitations for collecting, without a date, which is against the law. If they would break this law, don't assume they wouldn't do others!
