Head cashier was very uncaring and difficult. The working cashier was continually asking for guidance in making a rather simple transaction.

I have been banking with First NBC in Hammond for over 3 years and have had nothing less than amazing service. Jodi, Shantal, Phil and Theresa, along with all the tellers, have always been able to assist me with new accounts, CD's, online banking and First NBC Specials. Where many of the bigger banks are moving to teller-less lobbies and more automation, First NBC provides all the same automation but has kept the personal banking experience. In addition, they actually offer much higher interest rates on some accounts that the big banks do. Thank you First NBC and keep up the awesome service.
