IF I COULD RATE THIS PAWN SHOP NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD....THE WESTBANK STORE HAS MR.JOSH THATS WORKS THERE ....JUST SO YALL KNO HES WHITE ,short AND HAS A WANNABE MILITARY HAIRCUT.....HE HARRSASIS CUSTUMERS ALL THE TIME THEY HAV MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS FOR THE WB STORE ON YELP.....PLEASE PEOPLE IF U GO DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM ...THE OTHER TO GUYS FORGIVE ME GUYS BUT FORGOT UR NAMES BUT THERE TWO BLACK GUYS THAT ARE AWESOME AT THERE JOB AND ARE VERY INFORMATIVE ON THERE STUFF....N DONT BOTHER CALLING N REPORTING HIM CAUSE THEY JUST TAKE UP FOR HIM ....HE MUST HAVE A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OWNERS

I have no clue what made the last reviewer give such a low rating but I have gone the many times. Josh the manager is a kind, polite and professional human being as are the other members of staff there. Maybe this last reviewer "Jason" was the guy who got kicked out for shoplifting around that time the review was posted. Who knows? Pawnshops are not like other retail businesses and sometimes customers might have unrealistic expectations just like on the TV show. Anyway they're always ready to make a deal and you never know what you're going to find there. They are definitely one of the better pawnshops in the area.
