The employees working in this bank are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I called with a question on my account and was put on hold 3 times. Every time for over 5 minutes at a time. One of the 3 times I was on hold for over 12 minutes!!! Then some lady snatched up the phone and yelled in my ear some question that had nothing to do with my question and I was then told by her that she cant help me. WITHOUT EVEN HEARING MY QUESTION! I wish I would have gotten their names. But I will never do business with this bank again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!
