This is the first and last time i will deal with this business. The customer service piece was horrible. When we first went in the formal manager who is not there now was very professional. I'm not sure who are where they got this other employee from Dayday or Dayshanay not sure about the pronouncation of her name because she spoke very poorly and rude. I was already concerned about doing business with a busy like this , well she schooled me in a negative way. Unfortunately, for her she was rude to the wrong person. Up the latter i will go until this is corrected. I think this could be a good business but this company like any company must beware of the people who they hire to man or work for them. Good customer service is vital to every business if they plan to stay in business. Apparently this business is not that concern with that if they are hiring people like Ms.Dayday . Im sorry that i cant give a last name because she refuse to give it.
