We called to ask a few question and make sure it something we wanted to do. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and didn't want to politely answer the questions that pertain to her job. When we asked about interest she talked to us as if we were stupid and just kept repeating her statement "we hold yo check till you get paid, how do you not understand that". This was among a few of the rude statements that were made. What a disgrace to be such a miserable mean person who works in customer service. We successful went through another loan agency whom was polite and helpful.
