NEVER go through Capital One, I had a 360 checking account in which Capital one locked my login. Due to "fraudulent activities " they than sent an email message to login and read which stated they were closing my account due to the activity. In which I called stating I can't log in and they said yes we locked it, I truly appreciate their security but it was pointless to notify me via email online only in which I can not view nor log in. They than mailed me a check with all my money and a week later I receive it and spend over an hour cashing the check because the branch can not see where it came from. They ask me how did I get this check ... lol REALLY I received it from capital one due to closing my account for fraudulent activities .... I appreciate all the security but it should NEVER PUT THE CUSTOMER OUT OF THEIR MONEY FOR OVER 2 WEEKS THAN TAKE OVER A HOUR TO CASH ... never go through 360 it is 1000% a hassle.
