I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for insurance. When I needed them most, I was left out to dry. I was finally able to start a claim days later after the recent flooding. After a claim was filed with the insurance commissioner, he personally called to rub the fact that we flooded in our face. Not a family oriented business.
