The tellers at this capital one are mean! They're slow too! They take forever to deposit or withdraw your cash. If you ever go here, you might just want to deal with the ATM.

Saying goodbye to the convenience of having my Bank in my home town and Goodbye to the extremely wonderful Ms. Pat our Albany La branch Bank manager who is that one real reason for staying with the same bank for so many years she's always gone above the expected customer service to make sure your taken care of and confident in your day to day banking choices she's been relocated a 45 minute drive from Albany La so goodbye to the convenience and I am disappointed with the captial one Bank for there decision to not reopen the Albany La branch after our flood it's not like we have not lost enough to this flood but to lose my Bank is really a horrible decision on the corporate office and they are showing that the already devastated customer's don't count not taking into consideration of how many people lost their homes and cars there are many customers who have no transportation to the nearest banks being more than 20 Mile's away it's just another loss for a place already having to rebuild and return to some normal for those that are still drounding even though the water receded our lives are still just barely above water something that capital one Bank corporate office has overlooked is there customer's so disappointed in the big picture
