Well I was very shocked at how rude we was treated when we was there to buy a laptop over 100.00 and a couple Xbox games they left us standing there waiting to be helped n wouldn't answer my husbands answers. We won't be back to the somerset one I don't know how they keep customers. There's plenty pawn shops.

Very Horrible Pawn Shop!!!! Dosent want to even give you no where near a fair price for things!!! Take a $400 PS4 in and they will offer you $20. My step dad bought a four wheeler from them and they was completely total D***Heads on negotiating on a price. A four wheeler worth no more then $900 and they try to sale it for $2,100 and won't even drop it down a dollor!!! SomersetS Dan Pawn Shop is ABSOLUELY HORRIBLE to do business with

Service is usually very good. Have had a few issues of workers getting short and having downright awful attitudes. Never had an issue with items, just workers with attitudes that need adjustment.

Absolutely awful customer service-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I stood there for 20 min. trying to make a sizeable purchase and couldn't get anyone to wait on me (this is the 2nd time that's happened, the only reason I had came back was because they gave me what I had been waiting on the first time for free). There was 1 person working the floor who was waiting on a customer and answering phones because no one else would at 1PM on a Monday. He even made the comment there were others working but they were hiding in the back. 2 employees came out, looking at me and another customer that was waiting for service and hi-tailed it back to the back of the store, not even attempting to assist the customers trying to buy something FROM THEIR STORE!!!! Go somewhere else.

It's a pawn shop people. They buy low they sell high. And in a town like this full of people trying to haggle you down on everything as hard as they can because no one has any money and no one wants to pay for anything, they are even more on their defenses with pricing. They have to gamble on things and make profit on what they do sell to cover what they don't. If you want some other experience, then you don't need to be in a pawn shop. However this one in particular has worked with me on price if I give back a little in the negotiations as well. Offer to buy another piece of merchandise if they will discount the first one. Or explain your reasoning for a suggested price drop. They gave me a more expensive TV than the one I bought that broke when I got it home, and didn't charge me any up charge. And also I didn't even get the warranty they offered. And it was like a week later. They've been more than cool with me. They respect people who act respectable basically.
