Chase Bank in Richmond, KY

Good little location. The ATM machine is killer and the times I have went inside have been pleasant.

An 8$ charge for someone to cash a check from your bank is absolutely ridiculous! If I write a check, the person I wrote it to can go to my bank and cash it free of charge rather or not they have an account there because I bank there and I wrote the check, it's a common courtesy! When I asked why I was being charged she told me all banks do it, which is NOT TRUE! Why anyone would bank here is beyond me

Employees at this location have the worst attitudes in the World. I went there to open an account and walked out!

Gteat bank and great customer service.

I was not impressed went in to speak with a banker sat down 45 minutes waiting and when they finally get to me they come to tell me they are closing and don't have time. I have been with chase for 8 yrs have multiple accounts as well as 2 credit cards (always in good standing) I would think they could take a few more minutes to help a customer that was sitting waiting. I'm at us bank as we speak opening a new account and everything will be transferred over shortly
