My husband and I have gotten a few loans from this location with no problem until our last loan. We have always repaid our loans with no need for our hold checks to be deposited. This last time my husband went in to pay it and was told that it was due the day before the date we were given and that they deposited the check. (We had the money so this was not an issue) the issue at hand was that now we would have to wait days for the check to post to our acct. My husband at that time told the women working that we would not be coming back. Since then we have been receiving numerous phone calls to the both of our phones back to back. I finally had enough and answered today. Being that the loan was in my husbands name she would not discuss a thing with me. I made my husband call. Turns out they are saying they never received the money from the check they deposited. The negative balance shows on our account with the corresponding check number. We now have to print out our bank statement to show THEM that they received their money. How does a company not show they received money for a check???? Someone tell me how this happens. We had no intentions of going back to them simply due to the fact that we no longer need the extra help, but after this "mishap" we will call it, this company will no longer receive our business or our recommendations to people. You guys had one job.... Just one. You failed.
