Trying to call and get help with using the online services and the customer service or shall I say lack there of is laughable. Smug attitude and they don't listen to your needs to try and help you.

Probably the worst bank in all of Louisville. Whether it be lack of services offered or lack of current services working correctly. I've had no success of getting my debit card to work properly even after repeated Phone calls. Luckily I still maintain an account with a great bank, PNC. Unfortunately I have to use Republic because they are my mortgage bank, otherwise PNC would have all of my business. Stay away if possible.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I am new to Republic and been dealing with the Middletown, Blankenbaker branch. I have had a great experience. They are very customer focused. Now that doesn't mean they are perfect but if something has happened they have fixed it! That goes miles with me. I think they are doing a great job!
