Purchased an XC90 in 2016-the vehicle has been a total electronic lemon and the Napa leather seats have signficant wear. Was just offered $8000 for trade in at this dealer, where it was purchased for nearly $60000 last year. How's that for standing by your product? Despite numerous trips to be serviced, it has yet to be fixed.

I went to test drive an xc60 and I was incredibly lucky to be helped by Kris Johnson. Kris had the patience of a saint and was very friendly and down to earth. Kris was so easy to work with and the whole process of buying a car was smooth. And Zach the finance guy couldnt have been nicer. I am so happy I went to Volvo Cars of Louisville. If you thinking about buying a Volvo, do yourself a favor and go see Kris.

Where to begin. I purchased a S60 from Volvo of Louisville and drove 8.5 hours from northern MI to pick it up. Upon delivery, the original vehicle had a cosmetic issue to no fault of the dealership. Andy, our cars salesman, made everything right. He was more than amenable to our needs and is honestly one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Zach, the finance director, is awesome, too! From start to finish, this dealership was A+. I would drive again from MI just to purchase from this dealership again!
