King Southern Bank in Louisville, KY

As a professional Real Estate agent I sell around 40 to 60 homes a year. I have been selling homes for 7 years. I had a client that used John Nutt to finance the purchase of their home. Mr. Nutt was the WORST loan officer I have ever worked with. I would call 3, 4, 5 times a day. Leave messages and not get a return phone call for days. My client had to have his contract extended 4 times since the dates for the closing kept changing. This home ended up closing almost 3 months after our initial closing date. What a terrible experience. If you are looking to purchase a home, get as far away from this loan officer as possible. What a mess!!!

Not only was he very polite, friendly and professional in conduct, but he went above and beyond the call of duty for us on twice to help us expedite our loan.
