Review BB&T - Brownsboro Branch

I went to the drive thru window during the week between Christmas and New year. The usual staff was on vacation or gone for the day. I wanted to cash a rather large check. I was asked for ID which I balked at, as I have been a customer at this branch for many years, not considering that the people there at the time, did not know me. I gave them my ID and watched as they turned their heads and laughed. The young man that was working on my check took an inordinately long time to cash it. I had requested $100 bills. He kept fanning the stack of money and recounting, then fanning and recounting. He did this three times. They could see through the window that I was getting frustrated. I watched the woman at the window turn her back and laugh. Eventually, the money was put in the drawer with my ID stuffed down in the bottom of the envelope with the money. I was rather angry at this point and decided to go inside to talk to the manager about this rude treatment. I went in and asked the manager and was told he was on vacation as well. I told them that I thought they were quite rude and Tara(the window teller), tried to tell me that were laughing at someone else in the bank. There was no one else in the bank as I could see through the glass window. As I left the other teller, who was a young man, said,"sorry for asking for your ID". I told them that wasn't the issue, but their entire attitude was the problem. I have had a BBT account since before they were BBT, but if this is how BBT allows it's employees to treat their customers, I will be taking my money going elsewhere.
