The web is secure , the service is good as a member more then 8years , a lot staff have change for the better and I hope more new technology is coming , like chip debit and credit cards. It is all about your money , if it secured you got it.

The hospitality is great. But, on three different accounts someone has used my bank card. On ONE of those accounts they did not give me my money back. On top of this i deposited money one day and they put it in SOMEONE ELSES account. You DO NOT play with people's hard earned money, and you most certainly should take caution with EVERYONE'S money.

I have been with Members Heritage for a little over a year now. The writing of this review is the summary of the experience I've had in the past year and some change. The only reason I am rating Members Heritage 2 stars instead of 1 star is for the fact that while nothing devastating has happened as an outright, blatant negative experience there have been a number of issues that have just lead to the overall dissatisfaction I have had with credit unions in the past whilst offering nothing notable in contrast: 1. Online banking is non-existent. 2. Poorly designed website. -2b. Not Compatible with Mint or other light budgeting programs. --2c. Members Heritage offers no similar program alternative. 3.E-Statements have not worked nor been addressed to resolve since my time of opening an account with Members Heritage last year. 4.In the process of seeking a loan it took an unnecessary game of phone tag to to exchange basic information. 5. Over-drafting seems to be a regular problem with this institution: some transactions pass others do not and Members Heritage doesn't have a single person that can explain why this one did and this did not while I was told none would pass the situation still progresses. At the time of writing this understand that the 2 star rating is a culmination of dislike, after dislike, after dislike over time leading it to be a complete and full 2 star experience that I just don't want to be a part of any longer. Members heritage is credit union but, it honestly feels mostly like a being at a large banking corporation but, with extensively limited capabilities in every direction. In the end. I will be closing my account ASAP. I would and do not recommend starting an account with Members Heritage. I would suggest looking into a different credit union or typical bank containing a full arsenal for money management.
