Me and my boy friend have been here 3 or 4 times to buy a ps3.. the first one they gave us didn't work or download anything. So we brought it back.. then we get another one that the fan don't work, so we return it and come back a week later and get the same one with our accounts on it..so of course we return it again wait a few days and go get a more expensive and higher giged ps3 and it can't read games only movies... we give up...

I work for galls. And recently upgraded my ar. Brought in my eo-tech holographic sight also originally purchased from galls with all orginal paper work and receipt from when it was first bought. And young white guy with glasses came and picked it up and said let me see what I can do. We walked over to a taller black man who looked to be upper management. They started talking between themselfs saying they could make 300+ of it. They didnt know I herd that. Then the black guy walks back to me and says "its fake, chinese knock off". But still offered 75 for it. I confronted them about what I herd and how they tried to rip me off. Black just sighed and walked away. If your reading this please for the love of god take you business else where. These people straight up con-artist and dont care if ya knowit.

Some managers have an attitude that does not make them very helpful or approachable. Others are very nice and helpful. Seem to change their minds about what items are able to be pawned quite often but will sometimes work with you if you need cash in a pinch.
