This is the most unprofessional "bank" I have ever seen. They don't communicate with you when they need something, they wait for you to call then say what you submitted was insufficient. I resubmitted my paperwork and heard nothing, although their "VP" looked at my linkedin profile, but never contacted me after that. Tax preparers, CPAs, & attorneys find someone else.

They are giving me the run around and its not professional! I have checked with the IRS and my deposit was recieved on the 26th of Febuary and it is now March 18th...And they still can't find my money....This bank should be closded down!
