I've been dealing with this place for several years and the bad reviews are very accurate. A majority who work there have no concept of just speaking to customers the right way. They all act like you're bothering them by calling or coming into the store. Bad reviews are deserved. Only reason I go back is lack of other pawn shops in the area. If you can avoid shopping here - you won't be missing anything.

This pwan shop will not give your money back on broken items they will blame you for breaking them when you didn't do it and have picture to show them you didn't it :/

I went in today to scope out some PS3's (I needed a cheap way to play some Little Big Planet) and I noticed a Xbox 360 wifi connector for $2. Sold! It was in a plastic Baggie that was locked on a display rod so I asked them to unlock it. The guy who worked there thanked me for not just ripping it off there like a lot of people do and gave it to me for free. Score! That was really nice of them! So I left, went to find out how much LBP was at GameStop (quick cash didn't have it) and decided to buy it. Came back and requested the 160gb model PS3 for $89. The manager came out and said I could have the 250gb for the same price! Nice! He also told me I had two weeks to bring it back if it didn't work and that if I had to bring it back he would "make it right". I thanked him and went home only to find that the blueray drive was bad. Went back up there and sure enough, they totally made it right. They gave me the 320gb model for my troubles. All in all, I walked out with a much better product for a significantly less price. These guys (and gals) are super friendly and know how to make sure you're a satisfied customer. They all had smiles on their faces and made sure they treated me well. I will definitely do more business with them (their prices are really good!) and so should you! You won't be sorry.

Just saying , if you're going to pawn a game system make sure you have no games in it. Because they will not be in it when you get it back. Even though your sticker and receipt specifies games, they will just say good luck to you!!!
