CheckSmart in Erlanger, KY

Absolutely rude. Lady had a terrible attitude as soon as I walked up to her. She walked away several times without explaining. Took 10 mins on my phone.... To come back and tell me my check was a fraud ! ! Which was some bullS. It was my work check that I've cashed multiple times. ! She needs to be fired. !

I think the people are rude and need to find another job if they dont want to deal with broke people. But 2 stars because they need to approve the loan and f em if they cant.

Everyone here is quick and courteous. I keep coming back because of how helpful they have been with many of their different services. Id rather cash my check here than Wal-Mart.

Everybody here is rude and in no hurry whatsoever to get people out. Been here an hour or So and still haven't been helped. Watching one chick work and the other is just playing around at her window and won't wait on us. It's sad and pathetic!!!!! Get better people or train the ones Ya got BETTER....Also maybe try having them be polite instead of RUDE!!!!! To hell with THIS place!! Thanks for NOTHING

I've had a lot of good experiences going to this place but still be wary... As many times as I've been here, they find it funny to ask if you've ordered checks if you don't have any. Turns out, they will call your bank and ask the teller if you have or not, like it's a perfectly fine to call and ask about your account. Be very cautious when getting a loan but otherwise it's not bad at all!
