Cove Federal Credit Union in Edgewood, KY

By far the worst experience dealing with any lending institution. The loan officer was rude and very misleading and denied everything she originally said. I would not recommend this credit union to my enemy.

Very disappointing. Ever since It has become COVE rather than SEMC It has gone downhill very quickly. Trying to get a call back is horrible! and they just flat out have no desire to help you. I will be opening a new bank account and only using COVE as necessary from now on. NOT recommended

You will wait. They may have no customers but will still take 5 minutes to even acknowledge your presence. Worst customer service ever.

Let's start this off with a quote from the CEO of COVE........ I love the idea of “People Helping People” and feel blessed to work at Cove where we help our members every day............ Couldn't be more further from the truth or what this credit union stands for. Their willingness to work with their members is nonexsisting. I've been a member for 3 years now and recently applied for a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt and was denied based on the balances of my credit cards. Not that my credit was bad, my payment history wasn't good, but because the debt I was trying to consolidate. If COVE was really about "People Helping People" they would have helped me. What was interesting about the whole process was how I was approved for a car loan, but couldn't get the personal loan. I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone. As another individual wrote...... trying to get them to call you back is like pulling teeth.

I love cove credit union they are awesome I have my mortgage through them and I had a auto loan with them as well they are always very helpful anytime I call them they have been a big help with all of my financial needs I would recommend them over a big branch bank or any other credit union in the area if you are looking for somewhere to bank with I would go with cove I have been with them for 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon
